Vertical hydraulic clamp press with side traverse (3m section)

Hydraulic clamp press for wooden elements pressing after glue application process.

Hydraulic clamp press represents 3000mm wide section, which can be extended with additional sections to achieve the required length and work as solid unit with abbility to clamp required sections of demand.

Consits of:

- complexed welded specilised frame with hydraulic clamping upper plate;

- hydraulic high-reliable station;

- side inclined traverse platform;

- bottom platform represented as stationary platform or belt conveyor with drive, for feeding out the stack of materials to passive roller table after pressing in automatic mode;

- upper and bottom platforms are CNC milled;

Press optionally can be equipped with pneumatic clamping system instead of hydraulics.
