Pneumatic P-type press with heated pressing plates
Heated pass-through type pneumatic press. It is designed for specialized type of sandwich panels production to speed up the pressing time features of the one or two-component glue system.
It is made in a form of a special designed welded frame construction with stationary bottom platform, which is equipped with a belt conveyor and lifting upper clamping with synchronization device for uniform lowering.
Press is equipped with pneumatic cylinders system. It provides more than 1000 kg/sqm (depending on the customer's requirements) of pressing force. The pressing force is transmitted evenly throughout the entire pressing area.
All Gluestream machinery is equipped with a remote access module, providing the customer with 24/7 online internet support.
