Processing center for sandwich panel (SIP) panels

Professional sandwich panel cutting centre contains four cutting carriages with 0-45 degrees inclination system for each side of the panel. Cutting center is equipped with an automatic feeding system, vacuum holding table, which provides holding of the panel during the processing and automatically detach the vacuum suckers in a precise position of cutting. Machine is working in an automatic mode according to the preset programm with a high accuracy of cutting. Feeding system is made in a from of a complex bundle of driven platforms, which allows to load and uload the panels regardless whether the machine is currently running. Machine's frame is represented as a complexed welded construction eliminating any type of vibrations and deviations during the cutting.
